As places at the conference are limited, registration is mandatory via the form below. During registration, you will also be asked to indicate which social programme activities you wish to attend. We strongly recommend booking your accommodation in London at your earliest convenience. A list of hotels and student accommodation for conference participants can be found on the logistics page.

To a very limited extent, ASCOLA can provide partial support for travel and accommodation for the Annual Conference, based on eligibility. To apply for an ASCOLA scholarship, please submit this form until 1 May 2026, 5pm UK time. Scholarships are awarded taking into account the applicant’s career stage, their reasons for the application for funding, their travel costs (based on distance to the conference location) and their expected contribution to the conference.

Please note that only fully paid up members can attend the conference, and any acceptances are conditional on securing membership and paying your fees by 12 June 2026 at the latest.
